Collection: What are Zero Beers?

Zero-alcohol beer, also known as non-alcoholic beer, is a type of beer that contains little to no alcohol, typically less than 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). These beers are brewed in much the same way as regular beer, with the alcohol being removed or minimized during the brewing process

HOW IT'S MADE
Brewing: The brewing process starts similarly to traditional beer, using ingredients like water, malt, hops, and yeast.
Alcohol Removal: The alcohol is removed through methods like vacuum distillation, reverse osmosis, or by stopping fermentation early.
Flavor Adjustment: To ensure the final product has a taste similar to regular beer, brewers often adjust flavors after alcohol removal.

Types of Zero Alcohol Beer:
Lagers: Light, crisp, and refreshing with a mild flavor.
IPAs: Hoppier with a more bitter taste, mimicking the craft beer experience.
Stouts/Porters: Richer and darker with roasted flavors, similar to coffee or chocolate.

Benefits:
Health: Lower calorie content and no risk of intoxication.
Social: Allows people to participate in social drinking without consuming alcohol.
Lifestyle: Fits into a sober or reduced-alcohol lifestyle, including for those who are driving or pregnant.
